Lots of people meet Jesus in the New Testament. Social outcasts, powerful rulers, immigrants, fisherman, theologians, and political revolutionaries are all found in the pages of Matthew, Mark, Luke, and John. Some of these people walked away unchanged, hardened in their unbelief: the proud Pharisees, the rich young ruler, and uncommitted crowds. But many of the people who met Jesus had radically different lives as a result of their interaction with Him, and so can you. This study examines the lives of those who meet Jesus and asks what we can learn from them so that we too can be changed by encounter with Jesus.
