We hope you can join us for our 2019 Midwest Singles Retreat! Offering fervent and Christ-centered teaching from God's Word, your choice of action or relaxation, refreshing fellowship with like-minded young adults, and great food, this retreat will re-energize you in your weariness, refocus you on your mission, and re-establish you in Christ.

Sponsors: You have the option of either staying the dorm housing with your singles (men with men, ladies with ladies), or renting a room from a hotel in the area. The retreat price for renting a hotel will be the same as those who are Saturday only ($65), and the price for staying the dorms will be the same as the singles ($95).
Dress: Feel free to dress casually throughout the weekend. We only ask that you dress modestly, so as not to distract from the benefit of the conference. We also ask that you wear a dark shirt and appropriate shorts for the water activities. Ladies, please wear knee-length, loose-fitting garments with appropriate necklines. What to bring: Plan to bring your Bible, notepad and pen, bedding, pillow, towels, beach towel, toiletries, camera, casual clothes, and shoes for informal services and recreation. You may also want to bring your own board games and some extra cash for concessions and some of the activities. Meals: All meals are buffet-style and are included in the price of the conference. Unfortunately, the facilities will not be able to accommodate those with special nutrition needs (e.g., gluten free, peanut allergy, etc.). |

Speaker: Brian Trainer ![]() Brian has served as the Chair of the Bible Department at Maranatha Baptist Bible College, Dean of Detroit Baptist Theological Seminary, and now serves as Associate Pastor at Lakewood Baptist Church in Delafield, WI. Brian loves God's Word and has effectively taught it for over 20 years as a church planter, pastor, conference speaker, college professor, and Global Encounters missions director. In the past few years, Brian has led multiple mission trips and has traveled or taught in more than 30 countries. |
