During Midweek Connection on January 7, 2015, we took some time to preview the opportunities before us in 2015 (Lord willing!). We hope you'll join us as we connect, grow, and serve together in this new year!


GOALS — #Connect, #Grow, #Serve

• Connect – in transparent & loving relationships
  
• Grow – in love for and obedience to Christ through God's Word
  
• Serve – by ministering grace verbally & visibly to all

• Online Bible Study Tools (from Resolution Sunday ABF)
  
• SF New Year’s Service: “Looking Unto Jesus"
  

Bible Studies

• Sunday Morning Bible Study — “The Scarlet Thread”
  
• Midweek Connection — “World Religions” (starting 1/21; notes online) and “Gospel in Life” (coming soon)
  
• Focus Groups — first MC of each month (start 1/14); going through Ephesians 4, “Living the New Life”
  

New Partners

• Funkhousers & Reasens
  
• Primary purposes: connect and disciple; help FG Leaders
  

Activities

• Single Focus activities will be put on the website soon!
  
• ACTS 1:8 athletic outreaches — indoor soccer (March), softball (June), kickball (August)

• Band of Brothers 2.1 (1/23) — Spiritual Disciplines, Part 2: “Lord, Teach us to Pray” ($12)
  
• Women’s ministry (TBA)
  
• Midwest Singles Retreat (May 29-30)
  
• Midweek Mixup (2x) instead of MC — church-wide session for men/ladies

• Weekly Meeting on Thursdays — continuing “The Reason for God”
